The Lost Codger

Today marks the 16th day that I’m officially home. I just bought a pair of RM15 “casual shorts” for myself from the nearby Giant Mall. The last time I wore shorts was back in secondary school when I was in Form Three. Most of my friends had made the switch to wearing trousers and I suddenly became very very conscious of my aurat i.e. knees; so I joined the crowd. Since then, I’ve never looked back.

I’m very happy with my cheapo shorts. They keep my legs cool. Jeans are way too warm for me for here but perhaps I will adjust with time. However, I think I will limit to wearing shorts at home. I’m still very conscious about my knees. Come to think of it, I think my knees are very sexy. Sorry ladies, you will either have to peer over the fence with a very long zoom lens or crash through the front gate in a Hummer in order to catch a glimpse.

Now where was I? Oh yes, my shorts. I’m not too sure why I’m writing about my new shorts today. Not that I’m obsessed with them or anything. Maybe it’s because I haven’t worn a pair for so long. Maybe for some weird reason I just find them very comfy.

Or maybe this is just another filler post? Yeah right. I’m sure there are a lot of people reading this.
